At Core Asana. we allow hassle free returns and exchanges for unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 15 days of purchase. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return. Any rejected returns cannot be reshipped and will be destroyed upon receipt.
In the rare case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a Core Asana team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receival of the request by our team. We would cover your return shipping costs, otherwise these will be adjusted in the amount refunded.
Returns will be accepted if:
- The issue is brought to our notice within 15 days of receipt of the package.
- The item is unopened, unused & unworn .
- The item still has original packaging attached.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The issue is raised after 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item has been worn or washed.
- The item has been altered or damaged after being received.
- Original packaging is missing.
- The item has been purchased during a sale.
To return your package simply:
- Send us an email to email@example.com with your name, order number & contact details.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, we cover the cost of return shipping, otherwise this is borne by the customer.
- Return pickup charges will be notified before arranging the return.
- A quick quality check is done once we receive the returned goods and your refunded is processed (within 2 working days of receiving the goods).
- The original payment method will be credited for orders that are returned.
