Although we have stringent QC measures to make sure every product that gets delivered matches highest quality standards. Note: In case where refund needs to be issued, the same get remitted to your original payment mode within 24-48 hrs of us receiving the product back
As we use advanced thermo-fusing technology to paste spike buttons on the mat (instead of gum or adhesive), we are very much assured of its built quality. But still it does, we give 1 year warranty from the date of purchase only if the spikes come out of the mat. If it does, you need to get in touch with our team & they will inspect the cause behind it. Upon successfully examining the case if we find a problem with that specific item, we will ship a new mat to the customer. For the same, shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Please make a note that it will only be entertained if the mat/ spikes has(ve) not been rubbed against sharp objects/ destroyed intentionally/ washed without adhering to our washing instructions.
