Return and Exchange Policy

We value our customers and want their experience with us to be smoothest possible. Hence we have provided as much information as possible to educate them about our products, before they make their purchase decision.

We have stringent QC measures to make sure every product that gets delivered matches highest quality standards. Still if the product you receive is damaged, in a defective form, or if it’s significantly different from what was purchased, you can reach out to us at +91-7827270004 or write us at & our team will get in touch with you.

We provide return/ exchange on all orders that fall under below categories

  • If the product delivered is defective/ broken- n this case you need to notify our team at above mentioned coordinates within 5 days of receiving it. Once the Core Asana team assess & testifies the same, we provide A FULL refund
  • If a wrong product is received by you as to what was ordered

Note: In case where refund needs to be issued, the same get remitted to your original payment mode within 24-48 hrs of us receiving the product back

We DONOT provide return/ exchange/ cancellation on orders that fall under below categories

  • Product that exceeds the return/ exchange window i.e., 5 days
  • Products that have been used
  • For any subjective opinion such as performance not good, not liking the quality/ color etc
  • If you change your mind after we dispatched your order or handed it over to our shipping partner

Delivery of products

  • Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party stores in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order

Warranty on AcuTech Mat

As we use advanced thermo-fusing technology to paste spike buttons on the mat (instead of gum or adhesive), we are very much assured of its built quality. But still it does, we give 1 year warranty from the date of purchase only if the spikes come out of the mat. If it does, you need to get in touch with our team & they will inspect the cause behind it. Upon successfully examining the case if we find a problem with that specific item, we will ship a new mat to the customer. For the same, shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please make a note that it will only be entertained if the mat/ spikes has(ve) not been rubbed against sharp objects/ destroyed intentionally/ washed without adhering to our washing instructions.
